HomeoDaktar is a clinic management and online consultation platform that connects patients with qualified homeopathy practitioners in Bangladesh. We provide appointment booking, online consultations, electronic prescriptions, medical record storage, and billing services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on HomeoDaktar. Patients under 18 may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian whose account is used to book appointments on their behalf.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately at support@homeodaktar.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Medical Disclaimer

HomeoDaktar is a platform that facilitates consultations between patients and licensed homeopathy doctors. We do not provide medical advice ourselves. Any diagnosis, prescription, or treatment recommendation is the sole professional opinion of the doctor you consult, and not of HomeoDaktar. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately — do not rely on this platform for emergency care.

5. Appointments and Consultations

• Appointments must be booked in advance through the platform.

• Patients are expected to join online consultations on time. Doctors reserve the right to cancel sessions if the patient is more than 15 minutes late.

• Doctors may decline to treat a patient if the case falls outside their professional competence.

6. Payments

All consultation fees, prescription charges, and other amounts payable through the platform are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; HomeoDaktar does not store full payment card details on our servers.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

• Upload content that is abusive, defamatory, or violates anyone's privacy

• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal functioning of the platform

• Resell, redistribute, or share access to your account

8. Intellectual Property

All content on HomeoDaktar — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the platform itself — is owned by HomeoDaktar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

HomeoDaktar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeoDaktar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any outcomes of treatment provided by doctors on the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
